General Family Medicine

Are your services covered by Medical Insurance?  In order to keep our rates as low as possible for everyone, we require cash at time of services.  We will gladly complete a standardized SuperBill, with insurance-industry mandated Diagnosis and Proceedural Codes so that you may obtain appropriate reimbursement for your payment.

Since some of our patients are within the Medical Insurance industry, we are working with them to create a model of online survey monitoring your success in in obtaining reimbursement.

Lodging—our out of town, out of state, and international clients enjoy staying at the Land of the Medicine Buddha, a Tibetian Buddhist retreat center located a short distance from our Center.  Other hotels, resorts, and Bed and Breakfasts are available locally.

Hours—M-F, 9-5

Fees—(will provide invoice)

What sort of patients—our patients are of all ages, all walks of life, all socioeconomic levels.  Our office staff speaks English, Spanish, Hindi, and German.
