What should I expect during my appointment with Dr. Tom?
This is a consultation, initial exam, and review of any imaging studies to determine your best regenerative options for joint problems, without resorting to surgery.
Please bring to your appointment or forward to our Clinic ahead of time any imaging study reports and/or disks of your joint.
In order to accommodate your busy schedule, we are willing to evaluate you on the weekends; however, we request payment in advance. Weekday appointments do not require pre-payment. Please see our cancellation policy on appointments.
If you need to re-schedule, we can accommodate you either on a weekday or a weekend day without forfeiture of pre-payment.
Please respect that during this time of Social Distancing, we are keeping to a tight schedule to allow for proper disinfection of the clinic and to ensure no more than one individual or family unit is in the waiting room at any one time.

NOTE: If not pre-paid Dr Tom expects payment at time of services. He will provide a ‘SuperBill’ for PPO insured patients.
