What should I expect during my phone appointment with Dr. Tom?
30 minutes is an appropriate amount of time to check in over the phone with Dr Tom on your progress with a current active condition for which you have consulted in the past few days to 3 weeks. After this consult, he will suggest your ‘Next Best Steps‘ given the changes in your condition.
Please respect that we are keeping to a tight schedule to enable all the extraneous administrative tasks related to your care and to properly manage your billing.
NOTE: Dr Tom expects payment at time of services. He will provide a ‘SuperBill’ for PPO insured patients if you request prior to your appointment.
