What should I expect during my appointment with Dr. Tom?
15 minutes is enough time for a focused appointment on a single medical concern, or to go over a single lab result. Even calling a prescriptions into a pharmacy can take longer than 15 minutes during this current era; so if one is needed you may have to hand-deliver it to the pharmacy and wait for it to be filled. Please be respectful of other patients’ time by scheduling appropriately. During this time of Social Distancing, we are not permitting patients to wait in the Waiting Room, so please be prompt so Dr Tom can stay on time.
NOTE: Dr Tom expects payment at time of services. He will provide a ‘SuperBill’ for PPO insured patients.
